From what I've seen it's pretty nice

I have lived here for nearly a year and it is a beautiful place to live! My only complaint is regarding the smoke alarms. They are too sensitive and go off way too often. Other than that, I love this place!

This was the third apartment complex I went to and I guess it’s true when they say third one is the charm! Boy was Iexhausted by the time I got there after viewing so many apartments BUT thank you to KRISTIE my energy was restored by her welcoming hospitality, giving me water and snacks on the tour, and making my choice on which apartment complex I want to go with that much easier !!! Thank you Kristie due to all your help and kindness it was a no brainer to choose this complex!! I can’t wait to move in !! Ready to start this new chapter at Airo

I can’t say enough great things about apartment manager China and the experience she’s provided since I applied and moved in. From the very beginning of the application process, she was kind, professional, and extremely responsive, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up promptly, which truly made a difference during such an important transition. What really stands out is her strong sense of urgency during the application process and once you’re on the premises. Any issues that come up are handled immediately, and she consistently makes you feel heard and supported as a resident. China genuinely cares about the community and it shows in everything she does. Airo at South Bay has a great future with her on the team. I’m very grateful for her dedication and am so happy to call this place home.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Management did a great job keeping the place clean and doing regular maintenance.

Quick response and I love how they leave a note to let you know that they stopped by and that your work order was complete completed.

My type of property! Love the vibe of this community, staff was so pleasant and full of knowledge! Quality of the apartment is gorgeous, also the gym is jaw dropping. I can’t wait to be in my new home!

I love it here, not only can I call this place home but I can conduct business in some of the common areas without really leaving home. All of the staff here are wonderful. All staff get 5 stars by themselves.
