I canât say enough great things about apartment manager China and the experience sheâs provided since I applied and moved in. From the very beginning of the application process, she was kind, professional, and extremely responsive, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up promptly, which truly made a difference during such an important transition. What really stands out is her strong sense of urgency during the application process and once youâre on the premises. Any issues that come up are handled immediately, and she consistently makes you feel heard and supported as a resident. China genuinely cares about the community and it shows in everything she does. Airo at South Bay has a great future with her on the team. Iâm very grateful for her dedication and am so happy to call this place home.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Management did a great job keeping the place clean and doing regular maintenance.
