I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed - the layout makes great use of the space and feels very functional. All of the community amenities and common areas are also well maintained. Victor has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial apartment tour to signing the lease and continuing to support residents after move-in. He’s responsive, friendly, and always willing to help.

Great Experiences with Victor
I have asked Victor for help countless times these past few months, whether it’s with a package, or my parking pass, or even random things. Every single time, Victor has gone above and beyond. He is always so helpful, kind, and also just a blast to chat with when I see him in the lobby! I can tell he really cares about being a helping hand to all the residents, and I know he’s always got my back!

Great experience so far at Airo at South Bay. The leasing team is professional and made everything smooth from application to move in. Big thanks to Jen and China very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance has also been fast and efficient. Jose and Bryan handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, very happy here and highly recommend.
