The maintenance service here at Airo is excellent. The team is very responsive! They are very kind and considerate as well. Quick to resolve any issue. I love that about this particular maintenance team. 5 stars for sure!

We had a wonderful experience. Our leasing agent Edgar was very kind, detailed and professional. He was also very patient during our tour and showed us multiple units, multiple times. Edgar represents with excellence and was a huge part in our final decision of making Airo at South Bay our new home! We love it here!

Living here has been great since day one. As a POC family, one of the standout features most important to us is its rich inclusion and diversity, particularly the celebration and respect for people of color. It’s not just about living here; it’s about feeling safe and valued. The staff at Airo Apartments deserves special recognition for their warmth and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, they have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. But there’s one individual who truly stands out: Lidio, the maintenance manager. Lidio’s dedication to his work is unparalleled. He ensures that every corner of our communal spaces is pristine, making them a joy for everyone to use. What sets Lidio apart is not just his exceptional cleaning skills, but also his genuine kindness and respect for residents. It’s the little things, like pausing his work to let residents pass by even if that means he will have to redo or greeting everyone with a smile, that truly make a difference. It’s evident that Lidio takes pride in his job, and his efforts contribute immensely to the overall ambiance of the apartment complex. In our three years of living here, we have come to appreciate Airo Apartments as more than just a place to live; it’s become our home. With such a dedicated staff and a community that values inclusion and diversity, we look forward to many more years of calling Airo Apartments our home.
