Edgar is by far the best leasing consultant I have ever had ! He was so nice to everyone around him and so informative ! I felt so welcomed and offered me a water the moment I got there and really heard me when I was telling him what I was looking for ! KRISTIE IS AMAZING! She is not only very response but also very informative ! She was so kind to answer all my questions and was so patient with me! While I was there I could tell she was very caring of her residents and even this kids loved her ! Thank you , Kristie for making finding a new apartment such a positive experience for me !! The maintenance team at Airo South Bay — particularly Francisco with AMC LLC — is incredible. He responded to a minor weekend maintenance request to remove a wasp nest from the balcony within minutes of submission, and was done even faster. We've only lived at Airo for a few months, but all of our interactions with the staff have been excellent.

The maintenance service here at Airo is excellent. The team is very responsive! They are very kind and considerate as well. Quick to resolve any issue. I love that about this particular maintenance team. 5 stars for sure!

We had a wonderful experience. Our leasing agent Edgar was very kind, detailed and professional. He was also very patient during our tour and showed us multiple units, multiple times. Edgar represents with excellence and was a huge part in our final decision of making Airo at South Bay our new home! We love it here!
