Blake is Always swift to fix whatever problems I’m having. The light above my stove went out and he came by to fix it the same day I sent the email. He and his team are always very professional. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience. Our leasing agent Edgar was very kind, detailed and professional. He was also very patient during our tour and showed us multiple units, multiple times. Edgar represents with excellence and was a huge part in our final decision of making Airo at South Bay our new home! We love it here!

Millennium South Bay is a beautiful, new building with luxury apartments and top of the line amenities. The North hallway views of the pool/jacuzzi and cabanas is like a vacation getaway. The apartment manager Kristie Menendez is truly a gem with an enormous heart. She is always willing to go above and beyond for residents to ensure a quality living experience. Kristie and her team are incredible and will always tend to maintenance needs. Kristie is the best all around, from her work ethic to her ability to understand and cater to residents’ needs. I highly recommend.

The maintenance team at Airo South Bay — particularly Francisco with AMC LLC — is incredible. He responded to a minor weekend maintenance request to remove a wasp nest from the balcony within minutes of submission, and was done even faster. We've only lived at Airo for a few months, but all of our interactions with the staff have been excellent.
