Moved out about a year ago but loved living there. The gym was great and the AC was top notch. The staff were so nice, professional, and always ready to help. I recently called to get a mail forwarding issue resolved and Malik at the front desk went above and beyond.

Maintenance at Airo South Bay is always the best. They come the same day that you create your ticket and finish in a timely manner.

Highly Recommend
I feel like the staff here needs to be acknowledged. We are moving in this weekend and the assistance provided by Ana and Kristie (property managers) has been above and beyond. As managers…they are extremely well-versed regarding every intricate detail of the property and are quick to assess and resolve any issues. As people…they are extremely personable and truly make this residence feel like a home. We are excited to join this community! Thank you all for everything!!!

INCREDIBLY HAPPY with our choice to move here. It's brand new, plenty of amenities, it's clean & modern, it's eco-friendly, and the location / surrounding area is growing (Space-X, Amazon, etc.). The property manager, Kirstie Menendez, is incredibly nice / helpful and always figures out a way to satisfy inquiries from the community. The Facilities Manager, Blake, is quick and always gets the job done !! We were approved for another place ... but The Millennium blew it out of the water. Don't think twice -- LIVE HERE !!!!

Love the building and the staff. The staff is always helpful and will answer any questions/concerns i have. They are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I moved in in feb and couldn’t be happier!

What's not to love about Millenium South Bay?! Massive apartments, large ceilings, brand new appliances including in-unit washer/dryer, luxurious amenities, a gym with state of the art equipment and ample parking. The premium is justifiable! I can't find a fault with any part of Millenium south bay after a year of living here. Kudos to the the staff, nothing short of excellence. Kirstie is simply the best

I had a great experience working with the leasing team here. From the application process to move in, everything was smooth, professional, and well organized. Jen and China were extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process, answering all our questions and making everything easy and stress-free. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. The gym is great, and the pool area is honestly one of the best I’ve seen very relaxing and well kept. Overall, an excellent experience so far. Highly recommend this community and the management team.
