Honest review: After moving into my unit I experienced an unfortunate issue with the unit. Without hesitation Kristie has worked over time to find a solution and solve the issue with efficiency, compassion, and speed. Her hardwork is shown in the outstanding upkept of the community and smiles on every team memeber face. I've lived all over the US and not once have I encountered a manager who goes above and beyond in the way Kristie does. Of course no apartment complex is perfect but if you are looking to live in a community that address your concerns and truly care about your comfort airo at south bay is the place for you.

I can’t express enough how elated I am to live at Airo. Kristie has been amazing in meeting my needs. All the staff have been amazing! I love my living conditions at Airo and happy that I can convey my concerns to all the staff who work there. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

The management and staff are absolutely wonderful! The building feels completely safe and I love the community. I haven’t had a single issue that wasn’t handled with the most expeditious respect. Thank you!

Brand new apartments. Area seems to be on the upswing. There are security improvements that could be made but overall very happy here. Tons of local restaurants, breweries and shops. And the management and staff are friendly and helpful.

My overall experience was great! The management was very attentive and whenever I had a question they were helpful. I never had any issues with my neighbors. Honestly, once I am in my apartment I cannot hear any noise in the hallways. The appliances were nice and up to date and the amenities have everything you need so you get a lot for what you are paying. If you can afford the rent I would highly recommend Millennium apartments to you!
